Bringing a youth mental health experience to life inside an NFL stadium.
As part of Multiplier’s team, I helped execute Sheppard Pratt’s Mental Health Training Camp at M&T Bank Stadium, an annual youth mental health event created in partnership with the Baltimore Ravens and Baltimore Orioles. My work extended from pre-event athlete research and talent coordination through on-site activation setup, guest check-in, branded attendee materials, and event operations.
From behind-the-scenes preparation to real-world execution.
My involvement crossed both the planning and execution sides of the event. Ahead of the Mental Health Training Camp, I researched prospective athlete panelists and helped support talent coordination, including research that contributed to the selection of professional soccer player Ashley Hatch. On-site, I supported activation setup, attendee check-in, branded materials, and general event operations alongside the Multiplier team.
Supporting the experience before guests ever entered the stadium.
My work began before event day through research into prospective athlete talent who could contribute meaningfully to conversations around mental health and sport. That preparation carried into the live event, where I supported the team across guest-facing and behind-the-scenes responsibilities to help the experience run smoothly.
Talent Research
Researched prospective athlete panelists, including selected speaker Ashley Hatch.
Event Preparation
Supported talent coordination, activation setup, and preparation of branded attendee materials.
Live Execution
Assisted with guest check-in and on-site event operations at M&T Bank Stadium.
From behind the scenes to event day.
Working on-site gave me firsthand experience supporting a live brand experience within a major professional sports venue. The event brought together mental health programming, athlete talent, professional sports partners, and young attendees, while my role required moving between operational details and the guest experience throughout the day.
Strategy matters. So does making it happen.
The Mental Health Training Camp gave me the opportunity to contribute across multiple stages of a live experience, from researching the people who could strengthen the program to supporting the details that brought it to life on-site. It strengthened my understanding of how talent, partnerships, guest experience, and event operations come together in experiential marketing.
