The Platform

Turning Wyndham Rewards points into access beyond the hotel stay.

Wyndham Rewards Experiences gives loyalty members access to exclusive opportunities across sports, entertainment, travel, and more using their Wyndham Rewards points. Through Multiplier, I supported the work behind bringing these experiences to market — from developing and maintaining experience details to ticketing logistics, consumer-facing copy, research, and redemption tracking.

My Role

Supporting the experience from planning through redemption.

My work across Wyndham Rewards Experiences touched multiple stages of the experience lifecycle. I supported the details behind getting opportunities ready for members, keeping ticketing and redemption information organized, developing consumer-facing materials, and researching new ways to strengthen future experiences.

  1. 01 Experience Development

Supported the development of sports, entertainment, and travel experiences by organizing package details and helping shape how opportunities would be presented to members.

  2. 02 Ticketing & Inventory

Maintained ticket and experience information across multiple properties, helping track inventory, package details, availability, and updates throughout the season.

  3. 03 Consumer-Facing Copy

Drafted promotional and listing copy that translated confirmed package details into clear, engaging experiences for Wyndham Rewards members.

  4. 04 Redemption Tracking

Tracked experience availability and redemptions to help maintain accurate program records and visibility into remaining inventory.

  5. 05 Research & Recommendations

Conducted property, vendor, influencer, and experience research to support upcoming events, activations, and new opportunities across the program.

  6. 06 Experiential Development

Supported the development of on-site experience concepts, including researching potential vendors and execution partners for branded guest activations.

From Details to Experience

Turning package details into something members want to experience.

Behind each experience was a set of confirmed details — tickets, access, hospitality, dates, locations, and other package elements — that needed to become clear and compelling consumer-facing copy. I drafted experience and promotional copy across sports, music, entertainment, and travel, helping translate the logistics of each package into the experience members would actually see.

From college football and concerts to international races and hospitality experiences, the work required adapting the story to the audience while keeping every package detail accurate.

Beyond the Listing

Building the experience behind the experience.

My work also extended beyond existing listings into the research and planning behind future Wyndham experiences. Depending on the opportunity, that meant identifying properties, researching potential vendors and creators, exploring guest touchpoints, and helping develop ways to make an experience feel more distinctive once members arrived.

Experience Development

Supported the development and refinement of experience packages across sports, entertainment, travel, and hospitality.

Vendor & Activation Research

Researched potential execution partners for on-site activations, including vendors capable of bringing personalized guest experiences to life.

Property Research

Evaluated Wyndham properties around major sports venues and events to support potential experience and hospitality opportunities.

Influencer Vetting

Researched and vetted creators for festival and experiential opportunities, considering audience fit, content style, and alignment with their existing platforms.

The Takeaway

The best experiences feel effortless. The work behind them isn’t.

Working across Wyndham Rewards Experiences showed me how many moving pieces sit behind a strong consumer experience. From ticketing details and redemption tracking to copy, research, and activation planning, each touchpoint had to work together to make the final experience feel seamless for the member.

It reinforced my interest in work at the intersection of strategy and execution — where strong ideas depend just as much on the details required to bring them to life.
